WASHINGTON, May 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued a final rule and accompanying five-year Letter of Authorization under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) for the Interstate Bridge Replacement Project along Interstate 5 between Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 18, 2026.
