WASHINGTON, May 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced issuance of an incidental harassment authorization to Aleut Corp., Anchorage, Alaska, for marine mammal disturbance associated with the Port of Adak Pier 5 Improvements Project at Adak.
