WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 in a patent dispute involving semiconductor devices imported into the U.S. The agency announced on 05/12/2026 that it will issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Innoscience companies named in the investigation.
