WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is reviewing part of an administrative law judge's ruling in a patent investigation involving imported ink cartridges and cartridge components tied to Epson products. The agency announced on 05/12/2026 that it will examine whether Epson satisfied the economic requirements tied to domestic industry protections under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
