International Trade Commission Opens Investigation Into China Chemical Imports in Antidumping and Subsidy Case

WASHINGTON, May 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into imports of N-Cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, known as CBS, from China. The case will examine whether U.S. industry faces material injury or threat of material injury due to imports alleged to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the Government of China.
