WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration published a notice on May 14, 2026, announcing receipt of an application from the U.S. Marine Corps seeking authorization to incidentally take marine mammals during military training activities at the Cherry Point Range Complex, Havelock, North Carolina.
