WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to determine that the Portola nonattainment area in Plumas County, California, attained the 2012 annual fine particulate matter standard by the applicable Serious area attainment deadline of December 31, 2025.
