WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule approving revisions to Minnesota's State Implementation Plan involving particulate matter emissions at the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Wastewater Treatment Plant, Saint Paul, Minnesota. The action concerns federally enforceable title I PM10 conditions at the Metro Plant and was published May 14 in the Federal Register.
