WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule approving portions of Illinois' state air quality plan addressing moderate ozone nonattainment requirements for the Chicago and Metro East St. Louis areas under the 2015 ozone standard.
