WASHINGTON, May 15 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease-and-desist orders in a patent dispute involving photodynamic therapy systems and related pharmaceutical products, concluding that imported products violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
