WASHINGTON, May 15 (TNSletter) -- Rep. James Comer, R-Kentucky, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, issued the following letter to Ohio Medicaid Director Scott Partika with regard to possible waste, fraud and abuses in federally funded Medicaid personal care services programs. The letter was co-signed by Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, chairman of the Task Force on Defending Constitutional Rights and Exposing Institutional Abuses.
