WASHINGTON, May 14 -- Neil Holland, head of the British delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, delivered a statement in Vienna denouncing Russia's resumption of long-range strikes following a brief U.S.-brokered ceasefire. Holland condemned a mass attack on Kyiv involving more than 600 drones and 60 missiles, which damaged a school and a residential building.
