WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System announced filings under the Change in Bank Control Act involving ownership interests in banking organizations based in Kansas and Oklahoma.
According to the notice, Robert V. Pinnick of Bend, Oregon, and Kaya S. Wells of Haven, Kansas, applied to join the Pinnick Family Control Group to retain voting shares of Resource One, Inc. and indirectly retain voting shares of Grant County Bank.
