WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration is seeking public comment on a petition filed by Northern Central Railway of York, New Freedom, Pennsylvania, requesting an amendment to an existing waiver involving locomotive safety glazing requirements.
