WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final rule updating Standard Instrument Approach Procedures, takeoff minimums and obstacle departure procedures at airports across the U.S. The amendments, published May 13, affect airports in states including California, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Virginia.
