WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) proposes amending Department of Justice regulations to update the definitions of "adjudicated as a mental defective" and "committed to a mental institution."
