WASHINGTON, May 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that a domestic industry is materially injured by imports of temporary steel fencing from China that the U.S. Department of Commerce found to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of China. The determination follows investigations covering countervailing duty and antidumping claims under the Tariff Act of 1930.
