WASHINGTON, May 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued special conditions for a modified Robinson Helicopter Company Model R66 helicopter equipped with a fly-by-wire flight control system developed by Skyryse, a change the agency said requires added safety standards beyond existing rotorcraft regulations.
