WASHINGTON, May 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Research Integrity said former Rice University bioengineering professor Ariel Fernandez Stigliano engaged in research misconduct tied to federally funded studies, leading to a 15-year debarment from federal contracting and advisory work.
