WASHINGTON, May 11 (TNSFR) -- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is amending Department of Justice explosives regulations on importing plastic explosives by removing the requirement to submit the required attestation in triplicate.
This final rule is effective June 5, 2026, according to a Federal Register notice.
