WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Sens. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking member of the Finance Committee, and Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, ranking member of the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, sent a letter to Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William J. Pulte seeking information involving potential improper or illegal funds being channeled to President Trump under the guise of a nonprofit charity.
