WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government released the following written testimony by Christopher A. Ferrara, senior counsel of the Thomas More Society, from an April 28, 2026, hearing entitled "From Tool to Weapon: The FACE Act and the Dangers of Federalizing Criminal Law."
