WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Rep. Maxine Waters, D-California, ranking member of the House Financial Services Committee, sent a letter to Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Paul S. Atkins questioning restraints on top Enforcement Director Margaret A. Ryan from probing possible fraud charges against President Trump and his family, and Elon Musk.
