WASHINGTON, May 13 -- The three members of the Vermont congressional delegation have sent a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought calling for the release of Community Services Block Grant funds for all states. The letter was co-signed by Sen. Bernard Sanders, I-Vermont, Sen. Peter Welch, D-Vermont, and Rep. Becca Balint, D-Vermont.
