WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Reps. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, ranking member of the House Education and Workforce Committee, and Mark Desauliner, ranking member of its subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions, sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Labor Inspector General regarding alleged ERISA Advisory Council noncompliance.
