Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, ranking member of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, led a group of 30 co-signers in a letter asking Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner to explain a policy that would rescind the long-held disparate impact framework under the Fair Housing Act of 1968.
