Reps. Chu and Houchin Re-Introduce the Bipartisan Increasing Access to Foster Care Through Age 21 Act

Today, Rep. Judy Chu (CA-28) and Rep. Erin Houchin (IN-09) re-introduced the Increasing Access to Foster Care Through Age 21 Act, which would provide an incentive for all states to extend child welfare support and services for foster youth through age 21.
