USDA Raises U.S. Rice Ending Stocks on Weaker Use

WASHINGTON, April 27 (TNSLrpt) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Economic Research Service issued Rice Outlook: April 2026, report number RCS-26C, coordinated by Vidalina Abadam with contributions from Andrew Sowell, Seth Wechsler, Angelica Williams, and Jennifer Bond, on April 13, 2026. The report says U.S. all-rice ending stocks for 2025/26 were raised to 55.3 million cwt, the highest since 1985/86.
