Sandusky, OH - Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) - Lorain Division, arrested Dwayne Rheubottom, 38. Rheubottom was wanted out of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for felonious assault.
