WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Rep. Rick Allen, R-Georgia, chairman of the House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions, issued the following statement on April 22, 2026, at a hearing entitled "Profits Over Patients: The PBM Business Model Under Scrutiny".
