WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Eastern Mennonite University selected Angela J. Lederach, assistant professor of peace and justice studies at Chapman University, to serve as the keynote speaker for the graduation ceremony on May 3, 2026. Lederach is an anthropologist and peacebuilder who has spent over a decade conducting participatory research with grassroots organizations in Colombia.
