WASHINGTON, April 20 -- Permanent Representative of France to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Fatene Benhabyles-Foeth, representing a coalition of 16 nations including the United Kingdom, condemned the Russian Supreme Court's decision to classify the human rights organization Memorial as an extremist organization.
