WASHINGTON, April 15 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (S.J.Res. 123) that directs the removal of U.S. armed forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress.
