WASHINGTON, April 18 -- British Ambassador Archie Young, deputy permanent representative to the United Nations, demanded an immediate end to fighting in South Sudan during a U.N. Council meeting in New York. Young stated that the only solution to the crisis is a return to inclusive political dialogue with all stakeholders.
