Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced a judicial appointment to the 16th Judicial Circuit. 

Patricia Marie "Tricia" Scaglia, of Kansas City, was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Jackson County in the 16th Judicial Circuit.
