WASHINGTON, April 10 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced its final determinations regarding imports of silicon metal from Angola, Laos and Thailand. Based on the investigative record, the agency concluded that the domestic industry is materially injured by imports from Laos. These products were found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the Laotian government.
