WASHINGTON, April 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service is reviewing a permit application from Susana Caballero of Nova Southeastern University to conduct research on marine mammals and their parts.
