WASHINGTON, April 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is starting status reviews for the Eskimo curlew, spectacled eider and the Southwest Alaska distinct population segment of the northern sea otter. These evaluations required every five years under the Endangered Species Act ensure protection levels remain accurate based on current data.
