LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, April 8 -- Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, R-Arkansas, delivered the State of the State address to the 95th General Assembly to open the 2026 fiscal session. The governor reported that Arkansas maintains the fastest-growing economy in the nation and remains the top state for both lowest cost of living and resident relocation.
