WASHINGTON, April 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application requesting subzone status for an Energy Recovery Inc. facility located in San Leandro, California.
The City of San Jose, California, the grantee of FTZ 18, submitted the application to expand its existing zone authority. If the proposal is approved, the San Leandro site will function as a subzone under the current activation limits of FTZ 18.
