WASHINGTON, April 7 (TNSFR) -- The Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed establishing controlled airspace over Rancho Paraiso Airport, Mountain Home, Texas. The proposal aims to support the implementation of new instrument flight rules (IFR) and instrument procedures for pilots.

Under the proposed rule, the agency would designate Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface. This controlled zone would encompass a 7.6-mile radi . . .
