WASHINGTON, April 3 (TNSjou) -- Legal scholar Alan Trammell has analyzed the reemergence of territoriality in Supreme Court jurisprudence, suggesting a shift back toward nineteenth-century legal thinking. Trammell, Washington and Lee law professor, authored the work alongside coauthor Robin Effron of Fordham Law School.
