WASHINGTON, April 1 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced that it has launched an investigation into the importation and sale of specific memory chips following a complaint by MonolithIC 3D Inc., Allen, Texas. The action targets 3D NAND memory chips and high bandwidth memory DRAM chips that allegedly infringe upon eight separate U.S. patents held by the company.
