WASHINGTON, April 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management announced its intent to prepare an environmental impact statement for a proposed 646-mile crude oil pipeline. The project, submitted by Bridger Pipeline LLC, Casper, Wyoming, aims to transport oil from the U.S.-Canada border in Phillips County, Montana, to a terminal in Platte County, Wyoming.
