ITC Finds Cartessa Aesthetics Violated HydraFacial LLC Patent Rights Through Infringement

WASHINGTON, March 31 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission ruled that Cartessa Aesthetics LLC, Melville, New York, violated trade laws by infringing on patents held by HydraFacial LLC, Long Beach, California. In its final determination, the agency concluded that the importation and sale of specific hydrodermabrasion systems and components infringed upon valid intellectual property rights.
