ITC Begins Remand Proceedings Regarding Printing Plate Imports From China, Japan

WASHINGTON, March 31 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission initiated procedures to comply with a court-ordered remand involving aluminum lithographic printing plates from China and Japan. This action follows a ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade regarding antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
