WASHINGTON, March 31 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations to determine if hardwood and decorative plywood imports from China, Indonesia and Vietnam are causing material injury to domestic producers. ITC began this process following affirmative preliminary determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce that these imports are subsidized and sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
