WASHINGTON, March 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service is initiating a pilot program to test alternative values for modest housing. The initiative aims to support the Section 502 direct loan program by adjusting how area loan limits affect self-help housing and properties receiving third-party affordable housing assistance.
