WASHINGTON, March 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has denied a defect petition filed by Costas Lakafossis, Athens, Greece, to recall all Tesla vehicles produced from 2013 to the present. The agency announced the decision after a technical review of the petitioner's claims that Tesla's one-pedal driving system increases the likelihood of driver pedal misapplication and sudden unintended acceleration.
