WASHINGTON, March 28 (TNSFR) -- ABB Inc., Cary, North Carolina, reached a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice to perform interim cleanup actions and reimburse the federal government for costs related to hazardous substance releases at the Henry's Knob Superfund Site in York County, South Carolina.
Under the agreement, the company is required to pay $471,405.16 in unreimbursed past costs and cover all future response expenses incurred by the U.S.
